Boxing Day 2001

Boxing Day 2001 saw Jackstraws dancing out, in the freezing cold (ask the Musicians about this!), at the Hare and Hounds in the village of Rowledge.

Jackstraws put on a brave face in the cold. Yes, it was actually ice on the ground. What we're doing next is.... The Pub - the Hare and Hounds - and yes, we did have an audience.... This dance is Shepherd's Hey, from Adderbury The Mummer's team (but missing the Doctor) - Jackstraws always perform a Mummer's play on Boxing day, and this year was no different.
